Soap Dish in Fleece White

This soap dish is hand-thrown from Staffordshire stoneware clay and glazed in a soft off-white. Fleece White is a quiet glaze, just like the flocks of sheep around our village that inspired it.

I have designed it to catch the water that drains from your soap after use, bringing an end to soap scum on your sink (a pet peeve of mine). The draining tray also allows your soap to dry between uses which will prolong its life.

Please ensure to regularly empty your soap dish tray and thoroughly wash the whole pot (see note below) to prevent the build-up of bacteria.

Please note that being hand-made the dimensions of a piece may differ slightly from those above and given the magic of the firing process, the glaze can look a little different from one pot to another. Looking after your pot - while all pieces can go in a dishwasher, hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of your pot. Please also avoid exposing your pot to extreme temperatures as this may lead to cracking.
